ADMS Sync (App-Controlled)
BioLake uses ADMS mode: devices are controlled from the app/web app and sync attendance data through the BioLake-managed connection.
Setup checklist
- Ensure the device has stable network connectivity (LAN preferred).
- Add/register the device from the BioLake app/web app under the correct branch/site.
- Confirm the device identifier is correct (Device ID / Serial / Terminal ID, depending on vendor).
- Enroll employees and ensure employee IDs match BioLake employee codes.
- Verify logs start appearing in BioLake (first sync may take a few minutes).
Troubleshooting quick checks
If logs are not syncing: confirm device time is correct, confirm network access, confirm the correct device identifier, and confirm the device is registered under the correct branch/site.
No technology exposure
Do not publish or expose internal protocols or device APIs in public documentation. Keep setup instructions app-controlled and business-friendly.
