Employees & Enrollment
Add employees first, then enroll them on devices (or via approved enrollment flows).
Recommended fields
- Employee Code/ID (unique, stable)
- Full name
- Department / designation (optional but recommended)
- Branch/site assignment
ID consistency
Use the same employee code in BioLake and on the device. Mismatched IDs are the #1 cause of “unknown user” logs.
