Users, Roles & Permissions
Use role-based access control (RBAC) so only the right people can manage devices, employees, and reports.
Suggested roles
- Owner/Admin: full access across organisation settings, devices, and users.
- HR Manager: employee management, shifts, attendance rules, reports, exports.
- Supervisor: approvals (if enabled), corrections, department/branch scope.
- Viewer: read-only dashboards and reports.
Least privilege
Give the minimum permissions needed. Avoid sharing a single admin login across the team.
